How to order
Our Arena Turf is sold in 1 SQM Rolls. Simply enter the quantity required in the 'quantity selector' and then click the cart button to add to cart.
Roll Size
Each roll measures approximately 1.6m x 0.6m (5ft x 2ft) and covers approximately 1 SQM of ground. Each roll has approximately 2cm worth of soil depending on weather conditions at the time of lifting.
Turfing in the winter?
It is a common misconception that you cannot lay turf in the colder months however this is actually not the case at all! Turfing in these months can be quite advantageous as the turf has a much longer life span & you do not have to worry as much about the turf drying up like you do in the Summer months. We lay turf all year round, right into December & Into the new year and it is a breeze due these reasons!
Soil & Fertiliser
As our Arena turf is of premium quality it receives necessary treatment during its growing stages and thus it is not necessary to add extra treatment upon laying in order for the turf to successfully grow. It is recommended you use a high quality topsoil to lay the turf on to allow optimum conditions, however our turf will still successfully grow on a range of soil qualities & types due to its resilient nature. Delivery
Local Delivery (North East)
Turf will be delivered via a hi-ab offload. In most cases turf can be lifted over walls and fences if required, however this is at the discretionary of the drivers on the day as factors such as access & safety has to be taken into consideration.
Nationwide Delivery
Turf will be delivered on pallets using a tail lift & pallet truck via our trusted haulier network. This is a 'curb side drop' however in most cases the driver will be happy to transport the pallet to your desired location as long as access & distance permits, this will be at the discretion of the driver on the day.
