Returns

We strive to provide a quality & friendly customer service in all possible fields, that means making returns as straightforward as possible if you no longer wish to keep the materials. We will always endeavour to make return costs as low as possible.  However, due to the heavy nature / natural properties of some of our products there are certain return policys we have in place. Please read our guide below to avoid any unexpected costs / issue that may occur. 

Turf (Living Product)

Due to garden turf being a living product, with a short life span when not laid, we can not offer a general '14 days' returns policy. We advise turf to be laid on the day of delivery - please read our Turf terms & conditions before ordering to further understand what you can expect from our living products. If you are not happy with any turf that is delivered this must be noted & refused upon delivery. If delivery is accepted we can not offer any returns based on quality as naturally the turf will begin to decay. Please feel free to get in touch with our friendly team to get a full understanding of our procedures. 

Paving, Gravel & other heavy items (Local)

For our local delivery returns we will aim to collect materials by incorporating them into our routes that week. We do this to try and reduce fuel costs as we have to charge a collection / returns fee. This fee will vary depending on the order, for this reason it is best to get in contact prior to delivery to discuss the return procedure. 

Paving, Gravel & other palletised items (Nationwide)

Due to the heavy nature of our paving products and expensive haulage costs associated with this, any costs when returning paving would have to be covered by yourself. This may be more than the cost of delivery when you originally ordered due to changing rates from our couriers. For this reason, we recommend getting in touch prior to ordering to get a further understanding of what to expect to avoid any unexpected costs / issues that may occur.

Paving must be un-used and in its original packaging. We must be informed of any damages upon delivery. Please read our paving terms & conditions before ordering to get a better understanding of what to expect from our paving products.  

You will have 14 days from the goods being delivered to return the product.

 

Artificial Grass (Local)

All artificial grass orders are made to measure and are specifically cut from a roll as and when an order is placed. For this reason we may charge a returns fee on top of the returns delivery fee to compensate for the custom size grass we have to try and re sell. This fee will vary depending on the order, for this reason it is best to get in contact prior to delivery to discuss the return procedure to avoid any unexpected costs.

To avoid any unwanted costs / issues when returning we recommend coming to view our showrooms to ensure you are happy with the look & feel of the chosen product.

Smaller goods delivered by DPD

Products must be un-used and in the original packaging. You will have 14 days from the goods being delivered to return the product. The cost for a return label from DPD are normally less than £5.
