Delivery

We offer a quick and easy HI-AB offload delivery service for all of our orders in the north east. 

We are also proud to offer a nation-wide delivery service throughout the UK. 

We will always endeavour to meet your preferred delivery requirements however we recommend you read our delivery guide before placing an order. 

Local Delivery (NE,DH,SR,DL)

Our main local delivery postcodes in which we can offer HI-AB offload are most of NE, DH, SR & DL post codes. 

Please note there must be adequate road space for our HGV delivery trucks to safely get to your desired delivery spot. 

Delivery cost will be estimated at checkout once you have entered the delivery post code. 

Delivery timescales vary depending on delivery location & products required. Once the order is placed we will send a confirmation email with a proposed date. If you require a certain date / timescale feel free to leave this information in the 'notes' section at checkout. Please note, smaller products which can be packaged into parcels will be delivered via DPD, this includes tools & fixings.  

 

Nationwide UK Delivery Service

We are proud to offer a quick & easy nationwide delivery service on all of our products. 

Most orders will be delivered curb side on pallets via a pallet truck.

If a HI-AB is required we would advise getting in contact prior to delivery, this is not always possible and therefore would be a POA option. 

We are able to dispatch orders on a next day basis when using our pallet, curb side delivery courier and aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Again, it is recommend you get in touch prior to ordering if you require a more specific or urgent  delivery slot. 

There must be adequate room for the HGV trucks to get to your desired delivery destination. We can not be liable for any return / delivery costs if there is an issue with access upon delivery. If you are unsure please feel free to get in touch with our friendly team and we will gladly discuss the delivery process.
